At Lynxx, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping on all orders. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates
 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders $70 or more

Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping, please contact us at ynxxjewelryco@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

We accept defective merchandise purchased on lynxxjewelry.com for return or exchange within 100 days of the order's delivery date.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
